Tower of Shadows is an action platform game where you control an invisible boy’s shadow. You moves along the environment shadows solving puzzles and defeating enemies. A rather cool concept but too bad its for the Wii.

CNY Cleaning PC Games

Its the Year of the OX and time to do a little spring cleaning. I recently discoverd that I have kept quite a bunch of game boxes from early PC games. I used to game a lot on PC Win95 WinNT and Win XP. I managed to snap a few photos of my favorite boxes before throwing them out for recycling.

Playgirl is a gamefan

Off topic here but read an interesting article on Kotaku for my reference. Jo Garcia is Play-Girl Cyber Girl of the year. She enjoys playing game and raises some interesting points about games being marketed towards girls.

“They’re trying to make it appeal to men. And I think men need more… finessing than women do. You can do woman-based advertising on a product, but I think if a woman wants to play video games, she’s going to buy it regardless of the ads,” Garcia said.

FFXIII xbox 360 – ASIA

The Asian release of FFXIII could use Japanese language format with the option of Chinese, Korean or English subtitles; alternatively, it could use the English language version with the option of Chinese or Korean subtitles. – Gamasutra

An Asia version of FF XIII in the works according to Gamsutra, and Kotaku, thanks to a recent slip up by one of the M$ Executives in Taipei, but the rumors were dispelled saying it was undecided yet about the language or what version it will launched. An ASIA release of FFXIII might be good if it included the original Japanese Track with English Subtitles for a country like Singapore. Foregin Media like Kotaku have mixed reactions to this I would be more interested in the date it will launch and if it will conincide with the PS3 launch version.

Mamonoro – Grev, SEGA

RIZ-ZOAWD site got updated with new characters, story info. Music is cool also. 崎元 仁 Hitoshi Sakamoto is also doing music for the game!! Kick Ass i say this is one underground composer that does not get enough recognition and I like his style of muisc.
