Finally a new trailer for FINAL FANTASY XIII from TGS2009. Serah looks cute Game comes out December 17 for PlayStation 3 in Japan. For the US and Europe, spring 2010 is when you can expect it for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 Teaser Trailer PV

Valkyria Chronicles 2: The Royal Military Academy of Gallia, what a long tag line, has its 1st teaser trailer for the game, its nice to see they are using anime cutscene instead of the PSP “CANVAS” engine which will be impossible to replicate its PS3 counterpart. The official site Blog seems to have been updated with more information on the gameplay and the character art.

Tower of Shadows

Tower of Shadows is an action platform game where you control an invisible boy’s shadow. You moves along the environment shadows solving puzzles and defeating enemies. A rather cool concept but too bad its for the Wii.

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker GC09

Here is the 2nd Epic Trailer to the PSP tactical game MGS: Peace Walker. It will feature new Co-OP play in the single player modes. I like how the trailer was edited as a silent dialogue movie.

R-Type Tactics 2: Operation Bitter Chocolate

I just started playing the 1st R-Type Tactics game for the PSP by iRem, and now a 2nd one is coming title R-Type Tactics II Operation Bitter Chocolate. I do like the attract movie showing one of the more heavy armored ships (The red Ship). I do wonder what does Operation Bitter Chocolate mean. The game comes out 2009.10.29 in Japan.

Qruton

Qruton (Numblast in the West) Looks like an interesting numbers puzzle game from the PlayStation Japan Studios. The offcial japanese sites seems to be updated with a nice little manga.

The goal of Qruton is to clear numbered blocks by rotating numbered blocks to make a 2 x 2 square of 1s, 2s, 3s or 4s. Squares with the same number act as starting points for chain combos. When the blocks count up you can match different blocks and potentially clear the board as shown in this video.

[TGS 2008] Kingdom Hears Birth By Sleep – Game PV

Over at GameKyo, the first few gameplay footage fo Kingdom Hears Birth by Sleep for PSP  has arrived on the internet. Seeing the video the gameplay looks and feels like the old Kingdom Hearts game. Fans will enjoy this. Do note that the audio has been muffled out by the ambient noise but the video captures most of the level. Very impressive for a handheld game title.

7th Dragon – Website is Live

It turns out that SEGA’s mysterious new RPG is actually called 7th Dragon. The game is being handled by the makers of Etrain Odyssey. The character designs are cute though. Game Video PV Below
