ARIA Anime is down!!! [Internet Troubles Series]

ARIAAnime.ikimashou.net is down, I am contacting the site owner to see how he can rectify the problem. Its not that ikimashou.net is bad, but things happen. Maybe I might use this as an opportunity to see if considering a new webhost on my own or maybe joining animeblogger.net. My feed is still avaliable feeds.feedburner.com/ariaanime which will be updated from this site.

Moving Announcement & Future Plans

Hi all, its been quite a while since I’ve updated this blog due to other commitmets and a busy schedule. But the announcement I want to make is that ARIA Anime is rowing on (moving) to ikimashou.net . The new site will be at ariaanime.ikimashou.net (So Update yout bookmarks)

Currently ariaanime.ikimashou… (ARIA Anime v2) is still undergoing development as I am starting to learn more about the inner workings of wordpress, PHP & maybe start my own theme.

I am targeting to resume writing in Jun, will be also re-thinking how I write as well (Hopefully I can get learing wordpres & PHP fast) I will be also trying to move the old post to the new blog and make sure the links still work espicially the youtube & Google vids since they use WordPress.com own code to embed.

As mention earlier in my about page I hope to advance ARIA Anime, now with the full access to wordpress now I am sort of half-way in my goal.

Surprisingly the no. of visitors never fallen below 50 since 2006 Jun. Even when i was not posting regularly

A Tokyo Game Show 2006 Experience Report Coming…

Hi all I have returned back from Tokyo Game Show 06 (TGS 06) held this year at the Makuhari Messe Convention Hall in Chiba, Tokyo and have finally returned to my blog, as I had internet troubles in Japan with no internet connection at the hotel (=_=) I will not do the normal report on the games as there are many uninformed Gaming media sites to do that. Also it will be impossible to cover everything and I hope to show other interesting stuff that can only be found in Japan besides the usual SONY, Microsoft, SEGA etc. games.

What I intend to do is upload video and photos taken of the Event of not only TGS but of my trip to Japan (which is my 3rd or 4th time going). It will be more of a story experience I have at the TGS Conference through the eyes of the camera lens.

Aria Anime Ranked 1st & 2nd on Goolge and MSN

Having been busy with life and other personal stuff. I decided to check up my blog site on google just for fun and I found my site ranked 1st on MSN search and 2nd on Google search After ANN. I wish to say thank you to all Aria Visitors for coming here. Writing this on a 747 Boeing airplane

Boeing has provided internet access on thier 747 planes very exciting the service is called connexion and the I am able to use broadband internet speed to watch online videos and live TV (^^). If you ever have a laptop with wireless access its a recommeded try.

Opera Community Blog

I have just opened an Opera Community account the site can be viewed at http://my.opera.com/ariaanime/ what I am going to do with this? Well the interesting thing about this it features tags that can be updated into an info sphere and is viewable by the community much like wordpress. And one thing I like is I can change the header and CSS style sheets….Yay!! But I will still continue to blog here since wordpress.com was easier than blogger and has TAG catergories as well…the nice feature is the links tabs where the process of getting links organised is much easier to input compared to wordpress. The Opera browser is not bad too.

Aria:

a·ri·a noun.

Etymology: Italian, literally, atmospheric air, modification of Latin aer
1 : AIR, MELODY, TUNE; specifically : an accompanied elaborate melody sung (as in an opera) by a single voice
2 : a striking solo performance (as in a movie)

Welcome to Aria Anime. I dediced to use wordpress.com as it seems easier to use than blogger and has catergories :). Why did i choose the name Aria? No its not because I saw Aria the Animation (although I like the anime but I like to keep it with the theme of an Air Melody.

This site will also serve as site for my works as well. Cheers to the future stuff that will be coming soon (^v^).
