Summary: Aka has a job to do a voice for a young character in a H-Game, she fails and messed up on her first day. Later tries to do “research” by sneaking into a AV store to borrow some AV tapes only to be found out by Matsumaru when he gets back. Later Aka says that a job is a job and she has to get it right, Aka and Matsumaru practice reading lines through the night. Matsumaru laters buys the H-Game after it was released only to be stopped by Aka from playing it saying her favorite movie quotes from Audrey Hepburn.

Show Notes: Love in the Afternoon is a 1957 movie with audrey Hepburn as Ariane Chavasse.

REC Take 4 - Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Finally found the time to post again. This Episode shows the campaign that Matsumaru came up with and how he has to dress up as Nekoki to promote his character with Aka voicing it. REC actually has been finished but I will continue to post videos I have found on YouTube to create an video archive here on this site. Enjoy the videos.

Notes: Breakfast at Tiffany’s is a 1961 movie staring Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly.

REC Take 3 - Wait Until Dark

Managed to find some users have uploaded the video onto YouTube (There are alot of Anime on Youtube) so I am going to post fewer screenshots here. Links to Ep 1 and 2 are at the bottom of the page under links. *Edit I have relinked EP 1 & 2 in the previous posts.

Summary:

The Episode starts off with flashback of both Aka and Matsumaru’s High School Memmories, Aka dreams of becoming a coice actress while Matsumaru discusses with friedns about Tokyo Girls. Aka explains to Matsumaru more of her voice acting work as a Gaya (Crowd voices) for an OVA anime during their grocery shopping. During making breakfast, Matsumaru’s colleague Hatakeda calls in and nearly discovers that Aka is living with Matsumaru. Matsumaru quickly covers up saying his grandmother is staying over at his home. Hatakeda then invites him to go to a Goukun Party (Drinking Party with equal no. of men and women) in the evening but Matsumaru passes. Aka leaves for ther voice recoing session at the studio and Matsumaru realises that he has unfinished work. Later that eveing Matsumaru’s Boss calls for him to go to the Goukun Party and he obliged. While at the party Matsumaru realises that Aka does not have a key to go back home and leave abruptly. Upon reaching home he realises she is not back and goes around the neighbourhood looking for her. He then finds her at a playgorund practicing her lines and voice training.

REC Take 2 - Sabrina Fair

Summary:

Onda Aka left Matsumarus house early. Matsumaru reflects about the night before he spent with her. Greeted by Tanaka-San at his office, he openly admits defeat in trying to date her. As an unexpected turn of events Matsumaru’s first project proposal gets accepted and he is to go to the audition of voice actressces for the commercial. By chance he sees Aka and her manager Yokiosoka at the audition and fumbles with his explanation of the commercial both never had a chance to talk to each other as she acted like she did not know him. When Aka turn comes for the recording she impresses on Matsumaru the voice stlye he envisioned for his commercial. Upon returing to the office Matsumaru finds out from his boss that Aka has been chosen for the commercial recoring. Upon returning home he is greeted by a cheerful Aka wating patiently for him at the door. Both go in and celebrated their success for the day with Matsumaru’s project being accpeted and Aka for passing her first audition. Aka says some quotes from the movie Sabrina Fair to Matsumaru. Matsumaru tries to get close to Aka but was rejected outright. Haha.

Plot summary: Fumihiko Matsumaru is an average salaryman with no girlfriend. He invited his colleague Miss Tanaka to a movie but was stood up. Right at the time he was about to toss tickets into a trash can, a cute girl appeared and asked him not to waste those two tickets. After movie and dinner, he escorted her home and found they live in the same neighborhood, yet unfortunately her apartment catched on fire hours later. Having nowhere else to stay, rookie seiyuu Aka Onda moved to Matsumaru’s place, and the two had started a “more than friend but not yet lovers” relationship under the same roof while keeping this secret from their employers.
