Anime Impressions
Listening to the OP I feel already transported into the CLANNAD World. The new OP sounds very like ‘Lia’ although I am not sure if its the same. Yusuke seems to have more screen time in this one and its really cool.
- Most of the episode surrounded on Nagisa’s Father Baseball game… It was a light hearted comedy episode. I like how Kotomi uses her mathematics knowledge to calculate the velocity and trajectory angle of the baseball in order to get an accurate hit.
For the ED it was kind of cute but not the same as the Dango’s one which was a real hit with most anime watchers out there.
Does Kyoto animation have another successful hit on this series again? I am hoping that this will do well and beat the other animations out there.

I really enjoyed the first episode of Clannad. It was light hearted and funny but still hinted enough at more serious issues to come that it didn’t seem like your typical filler type first episode. In the OP I’ll also note that I believe I spotted Fuuko, check out my blog for the screenshot I posted of it. But yes before the series even aired I was really looking forward to it, and seeing the first episode really only increased that anticipation
