Sheryl discovers she has a terminal Vajar disease, but it seems to react to a fold wave similar to Ranka’s. Alto tries to persuade Sheryl not to sing but she does so as she claims that singing is all that is left of her humanity.

Ozman and the other do a mutiny on Macross Frontier’s New President, but Alto was not invited. Alto challenges Ozman when they capture a ship to escape to find Ranka. He questions Alto about his fickle mind and being inflexible to take a side and see the truth. On the other hand Ozman comments about Alto’s improved flying skills. We later see Sheryl’s assitant suit up to board her Valkyrie as she will join with Bera where Ranka seems to be searing for the Vajara’s home, which looks like earth.

I can’t wait to see how this will turn out, but it seems that Alto has choosen Sheryl. I can see already that the final battle will be on earth I do wonder if it will connect with Macross Zero where the original Alien Spaceship crashed landed. I really like the story of Macross with its blend of Pop Music culture and Science Fiction Meacha into an animation. Like the previous episode a special ending was shown again.

The Ending song sung by May’n was very energetic and exciting. Her voice and singing kind of grows on you and I feel that she has taken the Macross songs a bit more further with Macross Frontier.
