As going by the Title, Guiche and the others attempt to peek into the girls bath. Earlier Saito is forced to sign a contract with Louise on his previous inappropriate behavious when she caught him playing with Tiffania Breasts, but Saito rejects. At the bath it seems that Louise regrets her actions, only to get into a discussions with Tiffania about her bust size. But it was cut short when they guys were found out peeping and all hell broke loose on them.
It was interesting ot note that Tabatha saved Saito from the onslaught, and brought him to a place where he was presented with an army of dancing dolls. Saito reminincense about the itme he and Louise danced. They sort of start to make up again but interupted by a naked Tabatha. Saito is once again force to sign a contract forbiding him to "think about breasts". The episode seem more like filler with a bit of comedy here and there, I hope they advance the plot on how they attemp to go against Sheffield.
I also liked the scene when Saito revists Colbert house where he thinks back about the time he spent with him. I am not sure but Saito was mentioning now that he is a noble and is uncertain of what he must do.
