Summary
Lala pulls out her new device where it will cause Rito to come to her with his pants down. Haruna gets started seeing Rito and slaps him. Later Run and Saki (getting a little SM) start to compete for Rito’s attention in eechi ways that it causes student President Yui to notice and having something against Rito.
With the Student president Tui making new rules to uniforms and etiquette. Lala creates a new device which is just like peke transformation outfit, much so that when the student president finds out she becomes the first subject and Rito accidentally, due to Lala pants magnet causes him to get suck on her boob.
After Rito goes to dention all the boys come after her. Yui thinks she has succeeded with restoring order in the school, but the same events of like before happen again and realises a mistake.
Rito who was on detention has to do public services, goes to the movies to watches a sad love story, then helps an old lady carry her stuff, perform CPR and does some gardening work, and helps a little girl find her way home.
Lala decides to find a way to help Rito feel better and gathers everyone to help.
Suddenly the Yui start to have feelings for him, as they walk together back she confesses to Rito But Lala’s Magnet friend interrupts and Rito is seen running with Yui to Lala.
Impressions
Another fun episode to watch. I liked how they put Rito in these strange larger than life situations. Lala’s devices are also quite strange and funny. Overall TO Love ru is fun to watch and gives me laughter all the time I did with the Student President went to compete with the other Girls / Half Girl Boy for Rito and it will be more exciting.
